How a case moves
Series 1 starts the case; each next series continues it until the result is reached. A Complete plan includes a number of series, or unlimited, within its validity. No refinements to argue about, no surprises on the invoice.
Starts the case. Planned from your scans, photos and X-rays, with your Rx.
Continue the case from where the last series ended. Included in the plan.
Retainers, retention wires and whitening trays come with every Complete plan.
Two ways to pay
One package per case, everything included: the aligner series, replacement aligners and templates, 6 retainers, 2 whitening trays and 2 retention wires.
Pay per aligner. For the short cases and the clinics that prefer to decide step by step.

Partnership
Every clinic starts as a Shine Provider. The more cases you treat, the higher your level and the lower your price per case, up to Shine Enterprise. The levels and what they include are written in your partnership agreement, in plain words.
Levels 1 to 4. Your price list, Shine Planning, and drShine for the whole clinic.
Levels 1 and 2. For the clinics and groups that treat with Shine every day.
Shine Planning
You write the Rx, the technician builds the plan in Stella, and you approve it in drShine. Changes are a message away, and the plan is yours to keep.
